Mission

The mission of the National Society of Faith Unity and Leadership is to increase college retention and graduation outcomes by educating students in the Christian faith, strengthening their community through unity, and developing inclusive leaders to foster a sense of belonging on college campuses nation-wide.

Our purpose

It all began with a need to address a nation wide problem in higher education. The current official four-year graduation rate for students attending public colleges and universities is 33.3%. The six-year rate is 57.6%. At private colleges and universities, the four-year graduation rate is 52.8%; the six-year rate is 65.4%. When examining the graduation rates by race and ethnicity, the disparities between groups are more glaring. Learn how we can support the retention at your institution.

Our Story

On November 3, 2021 the two founders Bryant and Ana Edmondson decided to start a society unlike no other that connected students to their faith while studying in college. Students who have strong ties to their faith prior to college may feel a disconnect when having to spend most of their time on campus, or studying. Therefore, they decided to bring Christian principals into the university through the National Society of Faith Unity and Leadership

Our motto

Promoting academic achievement while practicing our faith.

Our Philanthropy

Serving local churches and high schools to increase college knowledge.

Our Colors

Our colors are Kingdom Gold, Dark Green, and White.
